What do I do if I suspect fraud or a lost/stolen debit or credit card?

If your TFB debit or Visa credit card has been lost or stolen, please notify us as soon as possible. Or if you see any bank transactions that you do not recognize, report them to us as potential fraud immediately.

What is the daily limit for my Tecumseh Federal Bank debit card?

A daily transaction limit is set for $500 and a limit of $500 withdrawn from an ATM. This is to protect you from debit card fraud. If you need limits raised for a purchase, please give us a call and we can adjust the daily limit for a given amount of time.

Can I use my Tecumseh Federal Bank debit card while traveling?

Yes, if you’re traveling outside of the United States, please give us a call at 402-335-3384. We will enable your card to be used in the countries that you plan to travel to during the specific travel time frame given.

How do I change my address on my bank accounts?

If you have recently moved or will be moving soon, please stop by or call TFB today. We don’t want you to miss any statements, correspondence, or important notifications! Also, please remember to update your phone numbers and email addresses.

How do I enroll in Online Banking?

Click on “Enroll Now” on the TFB homepage

  • Enter your account information to ensure your identity and submit.
  • Next, you will receive two notices via US mail in 3-5 business days. One will contain your Access ID and the other will contain your password.
  • Once you have received both notices, please visit the TFB login page to login for the first time.
  • You will then be prompted to customize your Access ID and change your password.

What do I do if I forgot my Online Banking password?

You can reset your own password for Online Banking through your internet browser on a computer or mobile device. Simply go to the login screen for Online Banking and click "Forgot Password". You can also call TFB for assistance during regular business hours.

How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

*Please note to sign up for mobile banking, you must first have signed up for your online banking account.

  • Search for the TFB app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Follow the instructions to download the TFB app
  • Login using your Online Banking Account Username and Password
