    Home Loans Are Our Specialty! Since 1904, Tecumseh Federal Bank's primary lending focus has been for the purpose of constructing, purchasing, refinancing, or improving residential properties. These loans are secured by a first trust deed. Both fixed and variable rate loans are offered.

    Loan can be made with a low down payment. Any loan greater than 80% loan-to-value must be insured by a private mortgage insurance company. Property value is generally determined by an appraisal. Whether you’re purchasing, refinancing or building, TFB wants to help you with your home loan needs.
